American
Meatloaf- Black Angus beef, onion, roasted red peppers, herbs and spices
BBQ Pork or Chicken-Slow roasted and smoked. Then mixed with sweet and spicy bbq sauce .
Chicken Pot Pie- Tender chicken and spring vegetables baked in a creamy chicken gravy. Topped with flakey butter milk biscuit crust.

*Served with Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw and cornbread

Caribbean
Jamaican Jerk Chicken-Chicken thighs marinated in jerk spices and grilled. Topped with slightly spicy jerk sauce
Cuban Pulled Pork- Tender pork braised in lime and orange juice with garlic and Cilantro. Served with chimichurri.
Puerto Rican Fish Mofongo- Grouper marinated in cilantro & lime then pan seared. Served over smashed green plantains with mango salsa.

*Served with Black beans & rice and salad.

Philippines
Adobo- Choice of chicken or pork marinated and braised in palm vinegar and garlic ginger soy sauce, onions, jalapeños and pineapple
Pancit Canton- Filipino Lomein with chicken, shrimp, onion, red peppers, carrots, Chinese long beans and Napa cabbage(can be served vegetarian)(not served with rice)
Pork Sisig- Pork loin braised in garlic ginger soy sauce then diced and sautéed with onions, peppers and yum yum sauce
Bicol Express- Choice of chicken, pork or Calamari braised in a slightly spicy coconut milk sauce.

Lasagna- Either meat or Veggies layered between pasta, mozzarella and tomato sauce.
Spaghetti and meatballs- Homemade tomato basil sauce and flavorful meatballs tossed with spaghetti pasta.
Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan-Choice of breaded chicken or eggplant. Topped with homemade tomato basil sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Chicken Penne- Tender chicken breast, spinach, roasted red peppers and onions tossed with garlic olive oil, Parmesan cheese and penne pasta.

Roasted pork and Saurkraut- slow cooked pork loin sliced and served with browned saurkraut.
Jagersnitzel- tenderized and sautéed pork loin. Served in rich brown sauce with onions, tomatoes and red peppers
Sauerbraten- German pot roast! Beef marinated in red wine vinegar and herbs then slow cooked. Served in a rich brown gravy.

Chicken Tikka Masala- Tender chicken breast sautéed in a fragrant and creamy tomato sauce.
Eggplant Tomato Curry- Eggplant, Tomatoes, onions, red peppers and chick peas stewed in Indian spices. Finished with yogurt and herbs.
Rogan Josh- Tender lamb stewed in a ginger tomato curry.
